In the event of account closure at the user's own request, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded once all rollover requirements have been met and the verification process is complete. Refund processing time is within 7 business days.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to a refund of any balance or bonuses remaining in those accounts.
